1 PRICE
The price of the product SILICAPOLIS is indicated in EUROS including taxes.
The price does not include shipping and expenses.
All the orders must be paid in Euros.
Products remain PYMAC's property until payment is complete.

Contractual information is presented in English and will be the object of a confirmation resuming this contractual
information. PYMAC reserves the right to cancel any order of a customer with whom there is a dispute concerning the payment of a previous order.

The data recorded by silicapolis.com constitutes the proof of the transaction.
4 AVAILABILITY
Our offer of products and our price are valid as long as they are visible on the site and within the limits of available stocks.
After order completion, you will be automatically sent a confirmation e-mail. In case of unavailability of products, we shall inform

6 DELIVERY AND DELAY
To avoid delivery delays, it is mandatory to indicate name and phone number of the recipient.
Products are delivered to the shipping address you indicate in the order form. PYMAC can not be considered as responsible for the
consequences due to a delivery delay.
Any order not sent within 30 days after order completion is cancelled by PYMAC and payment is recovered by the customer unless the customer accepts the delay.
In case of unusual delay, we shall send you an email.
7 PAYMENT
The payment is made by credit card or bank transfer.
8 INSURANCE OF PAYMENTS
www.silicapolis.com is the object of a system of insurance of payments by credit cards.
It is guaranteed by SOGENACTIF.

10 RESPONSIBILITY
The SILICAPOLIS CD-ROM sale is in accordance with French law. PYMAC's responsibility is not involved in case of non
compliance with the law of the country where products are delivered. It is up to the customer to verify with the local authorities
the possibilities of importing or of using the CD-ROM which he intends to order.
PYMAC is not responsible for the non-fulfillment of the contract concluded in case of shortage of stock or the unavailability
of the product, of "force majeure", disturbance or all-out or partial strike in particular postal services and transportation
and\or communications, flood, fire.
PYMAC will not be responsible for any consequential damage because of the present, operating loss, loss of profit, loss of luck,
damages or expenses.
11 APPLICABLE LAW - DISPUTES
The present contract is subject to French law.
The language of the present contract is English.
In case of dispute, only the French court of AIX EN PROVENCE will be competent.

PYMAC undertakes not to reveal to any third parties, the information you communicated. This information is confidential and will be used by
the internal services only for the treatment of your order. As a consequence, according to french computer law and the liberties of
January 6, 1978, you have a right of access, rectification, and opposition to your data.
