  CLEAN ROOM Virtual visit
A clean room for producing silicon wafers ("front-end") is organised around a central corridor.
Each workshop corresponds to one manufacturing step : lithography, coating, etching, …
The room environment has tow levels of cleanness, an ultra-clean (or white) zone in which the wafers circulate,
and a less clean (or grey) zone reserved for the back ends of the machines and maintenance operations.
